Refund policy
Custom sized items cannot be returned as they are made to fit your specific measurements. Any items and Hollywood robes are also not eligible for returns.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons of my customers, certain items cannot be returned including:
- Any lingerie items.
- Bodysuits
- Babydoll sets.
Any items that are eligible for return must be returned within 14 days of being received, items must be unworn, in their original condition with tags still attached. If items have been worn or damaged in any way, then the order cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The original postage price will not be included in the refund amount. To return an item please email lucy@lucyamberlingerie with your order number or use the contact us form. I cannot offer free returns currently.
